If you’re using Firefox and encounter an error stating, “Website will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it,” you can try the following troubleshooting tip:

To proceed with payments using PayPal or a credit card, hold down the Control key while clicking on the “Pay Now” button. Then, from the drop-down menu that appears, select “Open in a new window.” This action should allow you to bypass the restriction and complete your transaction successfully.

Issue: Payment Page Fails to Load After Entering Patron Information

Step 1: Ensure that you have filled out all required information correctly.  If a required field is missed, an error message will appear, and the incomplete field will be highlighted in red.

Step 2: If you’ve completed everything and the payment page still doesn’t load, you can proceed directly to the payment page by clicking the “Return to Payment Page” button below. 

Issue: PayPal Not Available at This Location

If you see the message “PayPal not available at this location,” it is likely due to your VPN settings. Try turning your VPN off or on, depending on your current setup, and then reload the page. This should resolve the issue and allow you to use PayPal.  

Issue: My PayPal receipt indicates a payment to "Social & Health Equities. Inc." but the intended recipient was i3.
